Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely by Stripe. These are the only payment methods available at checkout.

Currency and billing

All pricing is in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the US, your bank may apply an international transaction fee of roughly 3% — that fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and we can't refund it.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as MEOWLYSHOP.COM.

One-time payments

We only process one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions. The full amount is shown before you confirm checkout.

Sales tax

Currently, no separate sales tax line appears at checkout — the total shown before you submit payment is the total we bill. If we become required to collect sales tax in your state, it will be calculated from your shipping address and shown separately before payment.

Card data and security

Your card details go directly to our payment processor. We retain only the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and a transaction reference — never your full card number.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of processing. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full return process.
