Footwear is listed in EU sizes — you pick “EU 38”, not a bare number — and the size guide converts EU to US and UK alongside the matching foot length in centimeters. You compare numbers instead of guessing at a brand's idea of a size 8.

2–3 business days to process, 8–15 in transit — 10–18 business days door to door. We publish the real number rather than a flattering one, and we ship DDP so no courier asks you for duties on delivery.

Returns without a runaround
30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, and returns go to our facility in Plano, Texas — not back to China. Email us for an RMA number and we reply within 24 business hours.

Handling takes 2–3 business days and transit takes 8–15 business days, so the total window is 10–18 business days. Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, and tracking becomes active 24–48 hours after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
A flat $7.90, and free once your merchandise subtotal reaches $99 — calculated after any discounts. We do not offer expedited shipping.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure your foot in centimeters and match it against our Size Guide rather than assuming your usual size. Measure late in the day, standing, in the socks you plan to wear. For bags, each product page lists length, height, depth and strap drop.
Will I pay customs or duties on delivery?
No. We ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — so all US customs duties, import taxes and carrier brokerage fees are paid by us before your parcel reaches you. If a courier asks you to pay, do not pay it: photograph the request and email us with your order number.
Do I have to return items to China?
No. Returns go to our facility in Texas: 700 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074. Email us first for an RMA number and write it on the parcel. You have 30 days from delivery, and there is no restocking fee.
Why does my order ship from China?
Because that is where the goods already are. We are a curated retailer, not a manufacturer — we select and buy finished bags and shoes from supply partners, and their fulfillment partners ship directly to you. It keeps the range tight and the prices honest.
