meowlyshop.com is operated by CREATIVEMAKERS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR, China, registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors and customers of meowlyshop.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us at checkout — name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number — to fulfill your order, prevent fraud, and provide support. We also collect information automatically: pages viewed, referring page, and search terms typed on our site, plus a general location (city/state, derived from your IP address) used for tax calculation and fraud detection. Payment card details are entered directly with our processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.

We do not sell your information

Global Privacy Control

We automatically detect and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out request — no email or form needed.

Who we share information with

We share information with our fulfillment partners (to ship your order), Stripe (to process payment), and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your package. Some of these partners are located in China and other countries outside the United States, so your information may be transferred internationally.

SMS and marketing

We do not use phone numbers for SMS marketing — phone numbers we collect are used only for delivery coordination.

Children's privacy

meowlyshop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with COPPA.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, request correction, or opt out of the sharing described above. Submit a request to support@meowlyshop.com; we respond within 45 calendar days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests), and you may appeal a denied request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
